Onboarding participants to the Google Site (Workshop Portal). Establishing the portal as the single source of truth for all templates, dataset links, and prompt libraries.

Redefining AI as an autonomous, role-based "Digital Staff" rather than a simple Q&A chatbot.

09:15 - 10:15 | Part 2: Gemini Advanced – Solving the Multi-Source Data Bottleneck

Core Tool: Gemini, utilizing file uploads and Advanced Data Analysis / Code Interpreter.

Applying advanced prompting frameworks (Role + Context + Constraints + Output Formatting) to make Gemini automatically audit incoming data, cross-reference missing metrics from various units, and generate a clean output.

10:15 - 10:30 | Coffee Break & Interdisciplinary Networking

10:30 - 11:45 | Part 3: Google NotebookLM – Building Secure "Institutional Knowledge Hubs"

The Solution: Addressing the heavy reading load (policy documents, medical guidelines, past project logs). NotebookLM grounds the AI's responses only in the uploaded source documents, eliminating AI hallucination.

Participants create their own specialized "Notebook".

Uploading specific guidelines, regulations, or past project reports (pre-loaded on the Google Site for Healthcare, Policy, and Business tracks).

Interacting with the data to automatically extract past lessons learned, generate a "Logical Framework" (LogFrame), or outline a new strategic proposal grounded purely on factual sources.

AFTERNOON SESSION: WIRING THE "DIGITAL PIPELINE" & MINI-HACKATHON

13:30 - 14:45 | Part 4: Automating the Inflow – Google Forms + Apps Script + Gemini

Moving beyond manual file uploading. Automating data capture and AI processing in real-time.

A live, automated pipeline where a new Form submission instantly triggers Gemini to process, analyze, and log the results into the master sheet.

14:45 - 15:00 | Short Break & Team Alignment

The Challenge: Each team selects one pressing, real-world bottleneck from a member's actual work. Using the entire stack [Form ➔ Sheet ➔ Apps Script ➔ Gemini/NotebookLM], they must build a functional workflow prototype.

Teams submit their live working links via a form, which automatically embeds them onto the "Showcase" page of the Google Site.
